Handyman (Antipolo, Rizal)

As a CBRE Handyman, you will perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair to various structures throughout multiple commercial facilities. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, where you will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Perform various home repairs and maintenance tasks
• Specialize in carpentry, plumbing, and painting
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures and appliances
• Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of properties
• Troubleshoot and fix problems with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
