We are looking for a Construction Handyman to assist onsite service technicians and inspectors. The ideal candidate will prioritize workloads, manage projects, work with other trades, and handle interactions with purchasers/homeowners while maintaining strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating repairs of deficiency items including drywall patching, painting, rough carpentry work, and other duties as required.
• Preparing homes to ensure compliance with service standards.
• Ensuring complete cleanup of home, inside and outside.
