You must have CSCS, PPE and tools.

Reference is also required.

Experience
The ideal candidate should have:

Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally
