Your new role
Responsible for carrying out a wide range of external and internal repair and maintenance works across housing stock
Carry out small roof repairs, including patching and minor remedial works.Install and repair fencingUndertake small brickwork repairsCarry out flagging and paving repairsPerform painting and decorating tasksConduct property clear-outs and cleaning, ensuring properties are left in good conditionIdentify maintenance issues and carry out effective repairsEnsure all work ispleted to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulationsWhat you'll need to succeed
