ROLE: Handyperson
CONTRACT TYPE: 6 Months Contract (with potential extension)
LOCATION: London ,N17
PAY RATE: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour (CIS)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out a range of multi-skilled maintenance and repair works.Complete basic carpentry tasks, including:Boxing in pipework and services.Repairing and fixing stairs.Minor timber repairs and installations.Undertake general handyman duties across the site.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.Follow all site health and safety procedures.Work effectively both independently and as part of the site team
