This role leads the construction of high-quality boulder and retaining walls for both residential and commercial projects. You will run jobs, guide crews, and build durable outdoor structures that are both structurally sound and visually appealing. The position combines hands-on hardscape work with equipment operation and on-site leadership to deliver outdoor spaces that stand out and are built to last.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise hardscape crews on residential and commercial job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
+ Build and install retaining walls, garden walls, boulder walls, and other stone structures that are structurally sound and visually sharp.
