Job Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues at client locations. Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls. Perform network cable laying, crimping, and structured cabling as required. Provide on-site technical support and preventive maintenance. Configure operating systems, drivers, antivirus, and essential software. Perform system upgrades, hardware replacements, and data backup/recovery. Coordinate with clients to ensure timely issue resolution and service completion. Prepare service reports and maintain documentation of assigned tasks. Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety procedures. Travel to client sites in jaipur for installation, maintenance, and support activities.
