Position Overview
We are looking for a hardware technician to sit onsite at our manufacturing client, assisting with fixing equipment ranging from zebra printers, Dell desktops, deploying new hire equipment, and setting up workstations. Our client is currently working through a print service upgrade, and this individual will likely be moving multiple Canon printers, deploying and setting up.
This is an onsite hands-on deskside support role, M-F, 8am-5pm. When a ticket can't be resolved over the phone or remotely, helpdesk agents send ticket to desktop/hardware support. Once every 6 months deskside support will jump on the phones for an hour to have coverage during helpdesk team meeting.
