About the Program: The Harm Reduction Community Care Program is a City of Toronto funded project coordinated by PASAN, Dixon Hall, Street Health and Regent Park Community Health Centre. It provides low‑barrier employment and training to conduct safer collection and disposal of used harm reduction supplies in Downtown East Toronto neighbourhoods, aiming to create a safer community and reduce stigma by building relationships and demonstrating responsiveness to disposal needs.
