Key Responsibilities

• To assist in planning daily arrangements for delivery and collection schedule of drivers according to customer requirements.
• To assist in planning and booking in Port Klang Net System for drivers.
• To assist and monitor driver movement from time to time for smooth arrangement.
• Updating the details of delivery and collection in System.
• Updating the collection list of details and remarks for driver arrangement.
• Checking and updating the driver works ticket daily for each container and trip.
• Checking on the booking closing for export shipment and monitoring the last day of import shipment.
• Communicate with customer services and customers regarding the delivery or collection of information and status.
