Responsible for setting up and maintaining the Hazardous Area Equipment Register and associated certifications using vendor documentation and bulk purchase orders.
Collaborate closely with completions/PIMS personnel, discipline leads, Package Responsible Engineers, job site EEHA team, and report to the EEHA Coordinator.
Verify and compile Hazardous Area Dossiers and maintain the Competency Matrix.
Review and verify suppliers’ schedules of electrical equipment in hazardous areas and Equipment NRTL certificates.
Monitor and flag detailed inspection status of equipment supplied by vendors, including integrated and shipped loose items.
Provide ongoing support to the site EEHA team.
Input bulk site installation data received from the Job Site EEHA administrator into the HAER system.
Good understanding of EEHA requirements for design, procurement, installation, and certification.
