Required Qualifications


+ 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 3+ years in an Architect role.

+ Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules.

+ Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data model, security framework, and configuration capabilities.

+ Experience with:

+ Compensation and Workforce Compensation cycles

+ Performance and Goal Management

+ Succession Planning and Talent Review

+ Career Development and Growth

+ Oracle Fast Formulas

+ HCM Extracts

+ HDL (HCM Data Loader)

+ Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

+ REST/SOAP APIs



+ Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and transformations.
