**Role** **Summary** **:**

Our Digital team is seeking an **HCM Platform Specialist** to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across leading HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG), supporting the end-to-end success of customer integrations with Guardian’s API ecosystem.

This role combines **deep HCM configuration expertise (plan design, eligibility rules, and business processes)** with a strong understanding of **carrier integrations and API-driven connectivity** . The Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring integrations are designed, implemented, and operationally successful - from pre-sales through steady-state delivery.
