Advertising/Posting Title HCM Technical Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications

Posting Summary
The HCM Technical Business Analyst is a key member of the Enterprise Application Services ( EAS ) team and serves as a functional–technical lead supporting the University’s enterprise HR systems. The role’s initial focus is PeopleSoft HCM , with specialization in either Benefits Administration or Payroll, and responsibility for supporting additional HCM modules and future cloud-based ERP platforms as UVM prepares for an HR/Finance ERP replacement.

This position works with a high degree of autonomy and partners closely with HR/Benefits, Payroll, Enterprise Technology Services teams, and external vendors to design, configure, test, and deploy complex system enhancements, regulatory updates, and integrations.
