Responsibilities
Lead multiple teams to expand and maintain relationships with the vendor base. Ensure that the team structure & incentive are aligned to support the overall strategy.
Work closely with restaurant partners to drive adoption of the whole spectrum of the foodpanda’s products and services, including new launches.
Grow topline/bottomline through commission revenues. This includes negotiating with top vendors, understanding their cost structures, measuring bargaining power and creating leverage through bundling.
Grow topline/bottomline through advertisement income. Determine ‘product’ suitability based on different business metrics and create selling techniques based on page views, orders, reorder rates and conversion metrics for vendors
