Position Overview

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Head of Administration to lead and strengthen administrative operations for their Kolkata office. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless office management, vendor governance, facilities management, workplace experience, infrastructure, compliance support, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience managing multi-location corporate administration, preferably within a professional services environment such as law firms, consulting firms, Big Four, financial services, or similar organizations.
