Fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the kitchen, including coordinating food preparation, food serving processes, and staff scheduling.
Skilled in Chinese-style wok cooking , ensuring consistent taste, high quality, and stable presentation of dishes.
Assist in menu improvement, control ingredient costs, and enforce standardized kitchen SOPs.
Work closely with store management, carry out tasks efficiently, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
Qualifications
Basic kitchen management skills
Ability to prepare stir-fried dishes proficiently
Good coordination and work planning abilities
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions
6 Days work week / 10 hours a day (1 hrs break)
