What we're looking for:

·       Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior culinary role (e.g., Senior Chef, Head Chef, Exec Chef) in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.

·       Qualifications: Trade Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
