About the Role

Reporting to senior management, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading and developing the brigade while maintaining high standards across food quality, cost control, compliance, and service execution. You will play a key role in menu delivery, team engagement, and driving kitchen performance.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in high-volume pub operations * Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and retain kitchen teams * Solid understanding of food cost control, labour management, and KPIs * High standards across food quality, consistency, and compliance * Hands-on, organised, and calm under pressure
