Position Overview
Head Chef required for a hotel in the Redhill area.
As Head Chef, candidates require a good all round back ground to include restaurant service, and experience of catering for up to 200+ within conference, wedding and banqueting operations.
As Head Chef, you will ideally have 5 years experience at this level, and you will be responsible for a team of 4 within the kitchen brigade, plus a Kitchen Porter
* You’ll be a confident leader with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
* You will be responsible for the food culture within the hotel, working closely with management to develop menus, maintain standards and drive the kitchen forward.
* You will lead by example and support your team, taking pride in delivering exceptional food and service.
