The Head Chef role is responsible for leading all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality food, exceptional food standards, and efficient day-to-day service.
This role oversees menu planning, development and costing, stock control, ordering, team leadership, training and compliance in food safety and café health and safety. Working closely with the Café and Functions Management team, the Head Chef is responsible for maintaining kitchen performance, fostering a positive team culture, and driving continuous improvement across all kitchen operations while setting the standard for professionalism and collaboration.
