Overview

We invite applications for the position of Head, Faculty Affairs. Reporting to the Chair of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), the incumbent will work closely with Associate Chairs, functional leads, and colleagues at both School and College levels to oversee daily operations and support selected strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement faculty recruitment strategies to attract top‑tier talent such as Nanyang Assistant Professors (NAPs) to EEE.
• Collaborate with school leadership and HR teams to streamline hiring processes and ensure compliance with university policies.
• Establish faculty onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the EEE community effectively.
• Oversee faculty lifecycle activities such as appointment, promotion, and tenure processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
