This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing a specialist case management team and ensuring the smooth progression of HNW and UHNW cases from submission through policy issuance. The successful candidate will work closely with distribution partners, international brokers, private bankers, underwriting teams, reinsurers, medical providers and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality client and distributor experience. • Lead and manage a team responsible for complex HNW and UHNW new business cases.
• Oversee cases from initial submission through underwriting assessment and policy issuance.
• Act as the senior escalation point for high-value, priority and non-standard cases.
• Manage jumbo sum-assured cases, multi-life arrangements, business succession cases and key-person insurance applications.
