Position Overview

            Design, deploy, and manage web mapping solutions using platforms like ArcGIS Online, Mapbox, or MapLibre 
Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, networking, and VPNs 
Implement and maintain cybersecurity strategies and data protection protocols 
Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for web and data services 
Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning initiatives 
Develop and manage geospatial databases (MySQL, MongoDB, MSSQL) 
Build and deploy web and mobile applications using ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Django, React Native, Kotlin, and ArcGIS Survey123 
Maintain secure development and deployment pipelines for web applications 
Manage IT assets, hardware/software inventories, and licenses 
Develop and enforce internal IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices
