Miral Experiences Costuming is seeking a senior tailoring leader to oversee all tailoring departments across the organization, ensuring craftsmanship, efficiency, and artistic quality. You will be the main liaison to senior management on workload planning, QA, and production readiness while mentoring Senior Tailors and seamstresses.

You will supervise master-level pattern making, draping, fittings, and construction for complex costumes for productions and events, coordinating with Costume
