Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and supervises the clinical team in order to promote quality resident care.

Assist/contribute to the Clinical Care Manager/ Immediate Superior in the preparation of the monthly staff plan according to the shift management.

Coordinates all clinical care activities to other departments to make sure to provide personnel, equipment, and facilities to be in optimal condition.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Nursing (Required)

Board passer

With 3 years experience as Head Nurse or supervisory position

Work Assignment: Pasay and Sucat, Muntinlupa
