Role Overview

The Head of Academics will directly manage AESA's faculty across both in-person and online teaching responsibilities. This person will lead faculty meetings and check‑ins, support teaching quality, strengthen professional expectations, ensure consistency in academic practices, and help faculty deliver strong outcomes for students in both AESA Prep Academy of Barcelona and AESA Prep International.
