What You’ll Do
Accounting Leadership & Structure
Lead and develop the accounting team (~10 FTEs) while ensuring clear responsibilities and efficient collaboration.
Stabilize the current accounting setup and establish sustainable, scalable structures.
Act as the central point of contact for all accounting-related topics across the organization and subsidiaries.Financial Reporting & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.
