We are seeking an experienced Head of Accounting who will be responsible for overseeing the accounting matters of all Singapore entities within a highly matrixed multinational organisation . If you have proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing or Oil & Gas organisation, that would be most ideal. In this role, you will lead a Singapore accounting team, ensuring compliance with statutory and Group reporting requirements , while improving operational processes and coaching the team to higher performance.

• Handle the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders, overseeing the accounts of subsidiaries , ensuring compliance with statutory and Group standards .
• Lead and coach a team of accountants to improve existing processes and enhance overall team performance.
