Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategy for agency growth, profitability, and market expansion
• Lead a nationwide field organization of over 1,000 producers across 400+ agency locations
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing agency owners and field leaders
• Strengthen agency productivity through coaching, sales enablement, and technology
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to enhance agent and customer experiences
• Expand presence within schools, districts, and education associations
• Lead initiatives for digital selling and lead generation

Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience in large-scale agency or field sales within insurance or financial services
• Proven track record of growing agency distribution and sales performance
• Experience managing multi-line insurance businesses (P&C, Life, Retirement, Supplemental)
