Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the Telco/Mobile industry or similar industry.
Experience managing a team of sales leaders to reach and exceed quotas.
Experience working with mobile carriers in devices or services.
Experience with commercial contracting and delivering commercial agreements in the market or globally.
Commercial experience with planning and managing at operational levels within a changing environment and cross functions, with frequent exposure to C-suite decision-makers at partners.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or other advanced degree.
Experience working with enterprise and consumer carrier organisations.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to and influence executive audiences.
