Head of Communications – Turkey: TikTok is hiring to lead external reputation, narrative and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, own and deliver the communications and PR strategy for Turkey, grounded in regional insight and aligned with regional and global priorities, and executed with precision.
• Shape and evolve TikTok's Turkey narrative, balancing trust and safety with proactive storytelling around economic, social and cultural impact.
• Develop campaigns and narratives that directly support business and reputation objectives, with clear metrics and accountability.
• Integrate policy and communications, working closely with Government Relations and Public Policy teams to anticipate regulatory and geopolitical risks and translate complex policy topics into clear, credible external narratives.
