Role: Regional Head – Compliance Solutions (MENA Region)

The Regional Head of Compliance Solutions (MENA region) will be responsible for leading, expanding, and managing the compliance and regulatory services portfolio across Middle East & North Africa markets. This role oversees strategy, product development, commercial growth, regulatory engagement, and operational excellence to ensure the Apex Group delivers trusted, scalable, and market‑leading compliance solutions. The position requires a strong regulatory background, deep understanding of compliance frameworks (AML/CFT, KYC, CRS/FATCA, ESG, corporate governance), and proven leadership in managing regional teams and cross‑border client engagements.
