Hiring: Senior Finance Leader | Corporate Finance / Strategic Finance

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead strategic financial planning, capital structuring, fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management. This is a high-impact role working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board, driving financial strategy and growth initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- CA / MBA Finance with 10–15 years of experience

- Strong expertise in corporate finance, capital raising, valuation, due diligence, and financial modelling, and fundraising

- Experience in Startups/Fintech/IT/ITeS/KPO/BPM sectors preferred

- Exposure to investor management, M&A, treasury, and strategic planning is highly desirable
