Nebius is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and contractors, oversee maintenance and capital projects, and drive operational excellence across critical facility infrastructure.

You will manage vendor performance, optimize CMMS-driven maintenance, and coordinate upgrades for data center systems such as electrical, HVAC, BMS and DCIM. Fluent English is required; Finnish language skills beneficial.
