Position Overview

Lead the overall curatorial strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and long-term development 
Oversee animal welfare, husbandry, acquisitions, and population management to maintain best-in-class standards 
Drive conservation, research, and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with academic and institutional partners 
Enhance exhibits, storytelling, and educational content to improve visitor engagement and satisfaction 
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to design visitor experiences that drive attendance and revenue 
Support campaigns that increase footfall, repeat visits, and upsell opportunities 
Partner closely with senior leadership to drive revenue-generating initiatives across ticketing, programmes, and experiences 
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities (e.g. premium exhibits, VIP experiences, sponsorships, and partnerships)
