We seek a Head of Customer and Marketing Data Science to join Al-Futtaim Automotive. This role is critical in driving the implementation of use cases aligned with our Data and AI Strategy while delivering impactful projects for key stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Engagement, Contact Centre, and Passenger Vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Predictive Modelling: Develop and implement advanced models such as lead scoring, conversion analysis, and precision marketing to optimize business outcomes.
- Impactful Use Cases: Deliver at least two high-value use cases annually that contribute to P&L impact through increased sales or cost savings.
- A/B Testing and Reporting: Support the Marketing team with A/B testing initiatives and standardize KPI metrics for consistent reporting and insights.
