Position Overview

Taima® Titanium makes premium kitchenware from 100% pure, medical-grade titanium, for people who take their health seriously. We are one of the fastest-growing brands in the category. We operate lean, build our own operational systems, and hold a high standard across every part of the business, including the experience a customer has after they buy.


We are hiring a Head of Customer Support to take full ownership of our support function. This is a senior role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You will set the direction of the function and do the work to take it there, building on what exists and shaping it into a function that matches the standard of the rest of the business.

You will manage a small remote team and report directly to the COO.
