Genentech is seeking a Disease Area Head to lead large-scale, multidisciplinary teams across the CVRM portfolio, guiding strategic, financial and operational performance. You will work with R&D, Business Development, Commercial Leadership and CMA to shape the portfolio and drive early development of molecules/products for the disease areas.

You will be a standing member of the Therapeutic Area Leadership Team, contributing to the 2030 Pharma vision and leading global governance initiatives, with
