Description

Mojo Mortgages is building the UK's most intelligent mortgage broker, combining human expertise with AI across the full customer journey. Data is the foundation everything sits on. As Head of Data, you will own the execution of our data roadmap, working directly with the VP of Engineering who sets the strategic direction. You will lead a team of five spanning analytics engineering, data science, and data engineering. Over the next 12‑18 months, you’ll drive the design and implementation of key data initiatives such as a unified customer view, building domain‑aligned data products, and enabling real‑time data analytics and reporting. This is a hands‑on leadership role; you will be working in BigQuery, dbt, and data pipelines yourself.
