Define and execute the Data presales and delivery strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Build and scale a high-performing Data team across architecture, consulting, engineering, and project management.
Develop repeatable industry-specific and cross-industry offerings in:
Data modernization
Data governance frameworks
Enterprise data platforms
BI modernization
Advanced analytics solutions
Establish best practices, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets.
