Job Description

My client, within Financial Services, is currently looking for a HOD Currency Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to provide leadership and strategic direction in the currency management environment and specifically the Currency Management Department (CMD) of the organization.

Requirements:

•4 year Degree or Hons in Commerce/Supply Chain/Business Management

•12 – 15 years’ experience within currency management or a cash operations environment

•An understanding of the supply chain environment is essential

•Banking experience is advantageous

•8 years’ people management experience

•Proven transformation & change capabilities

•Research and development skills

•Experience executing on complex projects
