Main duties of the job The Head of Digital and Technology Operations is responsible for the leadership and delivery of all operational digital services across Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT).
This is a senior managerial role that ensures reliable, secure, and high-quality digital infrastructure and systems are in place to support clinical care and corporate functions throughout the Trust. The post holder will oversee outsourced IT infrastructure contracts and partnerships, manage internal digital support teams (covering clinical systems, corporate systems, service desk and training), and act as the operational lead for cybersecurity, supporting the Trust’s SIRO. They will also ensure effective provision of telephony and unified communications services.
