The Candidate will lead Chubb Singapore’s Direct Marketing business and Growth Partnerships function, driving aggressive expansion by building and executing a robust partnership and ecosystem strategy across Consumer Lines. The role is responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, expanding distribution through embedded insurance and strategic alliances, and positioning Direct Marketing Insurance as a key growth engine. The Candidate will own full P&L accountability, including revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio performance, while identifying new business opportunities across consumer products. Additionally, the role will develop and lead a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and commercial excellence to deliver sustainable, customer‑centric growth and support Chubb’s transformation into an ecosystem‑driven organization.
