Talent Tent is proud to have been engaged by our client in the e-commerce gifting industry to find an experienced Ecommerce specialist for this newly-created role.

Our client is an established business that is evolving their brand and scaling their offering, and this role will play a critical part in driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall online performance.

We are looking for a commercially driven and data-led Head of Ecommerce to take ownership of their online performance across both their Shopify website and marketplaces (specifically Amazon).

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for driving revenue, improving conversion, and optimising the full customer journey across all ecommerce touchpoints.

This role will lead the ecommerce team, with responsibility for setting direction, prioritising activity, and ensuring delivery against key commercial objectives.
