Your position

As Head of Electrical & Fluid Technologies , you lead a key skill pool within RHI Magnesita Switzerland’s reshaped organization. Your team provides essential competencies in electrical engineering, hardware planning, and hydraulic systems & fluid technology for slide gate product platforms, machinery, and customer-specific solutions.

The role combines technical leadership, people development, and transformation ownership. It ensures that capabilities in electrical design, hardware engineering, CAD-based documentation, hydraulic aggregates, control elements, and actuator systems are available, standardized, and continuously developed in line with future business needs.
