Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day‑to‑day running of all grades using excellent education experience, knowledge, pedagogic and interpersonal skills to manage staff for excellent student outcomes.
• Ensure the health and safety of children and staff during all activities.
• Develop a team culture that affirms and improves team effectiveness.
• Provide a high standard developmentally based educational program to meet the needs of children.
• Be accountable for effective teaching and learning across the section, identifying professional development and support as required for individuals and teams.
