The Head of Engineering is a senior technical leader role. The role carries two mandates: keeping the partner delivery engine running at the standard the business demands, and building the platform and technical capability that makes that engine faster and more reliable over time.

The most significant near‑term programme is the adoption and rollout of the Catalyst and CARE platforms across APAC — strategizing which partners migrate when, to which products, with what technical synergies, and at what pace. This requires someone who can hold both the regional commercial picture and the technical architecture simultaneously and who is prepared to get into the detail when the situation demands it.

The role reports directly to the Head of Digital Enablement APAC and leads four platform and architecture leads who own the horizontal engineering layer across all partner delivery squads.
