About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to own everything related to Platform & Data, supporting the next level of our Growth! Reporting directly to the BU CEO, your main goal is to coach the team, execute fast, set up the foundations and connect technology decisions to business outcomes. We need a hands‑on leader and not a pure people’s manager.

The profile we need

• The ideal candidate has grown from software engineer to platform leader — through tech lead and engineering management — and brings experience from either a highly scalable environment or a regulated industry, ideally both.
• They have shipped platform work at pace, managed competing priorities without losing delivery discipline, and made architectural decisions they are still proud of years later.
