Hardware is sourced from best-in-class global partners; the Company's engineering edge is in integration, adaptation, and the data and intelligence built on top. The Head of Engineering owns systems integration for Philippines conditions, the data pipeline that feeds the intelligence layer, predictive maintenance, and the Year 3+ ground-robotics roadmap.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own technical platform strategy: integrate and adapt partner drone platforms for Philippines operating conditions.
• Build the data and telemetry pipeline that turns every flight into operational and agronomic intelligence.
• Lead the ML/AI Lead and shape the intelligence roadmap — crop insight, deployment efficiency, predictive maintenance, and autonomous decision-making.
